Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. These times could be impacted by high volume or orders, and there will be updates available on the website if there is a potential delay. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping delays on the part of the shipping service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and more) are outside of our control. We are unable to provide compensation for delayed shipping times from these services.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available for orders over $150 within 20 miles of Arnold, MO. Rates are available at checkout.
Deliveries are made by appointment. We will reach out to you via email to schedule your delivery time. The buyer MUST BE PRESENT for the delivery. Items will not be left unattended or with a third party.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
